After discussion it was decided that there are no <br />funds available at this time, but to come back in the spring to discuss the possibility <br />of using money from next year's budget. <br /> <br />Upon the request of Wayne Freedland from Harwood Township, Mrs. Stanton moved and <br />Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the County regravel in the spring several miles of <br />township road in Harwood Township because the road received extra traffic due to the <br />bridge construction on County Road 31. <br /> <br />Grant Award for , <br />video recorder i <br />for training jaill <br />staff I <br />I <br />Appt. to CAA I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />i <br />Proclamation for I <br />Rollie Beach Day <br /> <br />Upon the request of Glenn Ellingsberg from the County Sheriff's Department, <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Chairman be authorized to <br />sign the grant application to purchase a video recorder for training tapes for the <br />jail staff. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that George Griffeth be reappointed <br />for another term on the Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency Board. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Board adopt a proclamation <br />making November 10th Rollie Beach Day. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Bids for cars <br />for Shff. Dept. <br /> <br />The following bids were received for cars for the Sheriff's Department: <br /> <br />Antoine Chevrolet - Casselton $6,596.75 per car <br />A & W Motors - Kindred $6,854.25 per car <br />W.W. Wallwork, Inc. - Fargo $6,415.75 per car <br /> <br />A bid was also received from Muscatell Chevrolet but was not accepted as it did not contain <br />:' a bid bond. Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the bids be received, filed <br />i and referred to the Sheriff's Office for their recommendation. Motion carried. <br />
