Upon the recommendation of the County Road Superintendent, Mr. Hendrickson moved and due on rental of iMr. Satrom seconded that the County pay the balance due on the contract for rental of the motor grader imotor grader in the amount of $42,000.00. Motion carried. I Abatement for E.J: Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Application for Abatement and & Elise Doerr iSettlementof Taxes for E. J. and Elise N.Doerr be received, filed and referred Ito Reed Township. Motion carried. Metro Council ! Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the Board grant a "Favorable Review" A-95 Review Formsl'on two A-95 Review Forms from the Metropolitan Council of Governments for the City of West Fargo. Motion carried. I I Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the A-95 Review from the ,!MetroPolitan Council of Governments for. t he North Dakota Migrant Council be postponed for further information. Corres. from 1 Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Satrom seconded State Water Comm. !State Water Commission regarding Sheyenne River on Sheyenne Floodland Mr. Hendrickson stated that he will contact Control land report back to the Board. Motion carried. 1 I Jail Architect Harold Halvorson appeared before the Board with cost estimates on I~eeting ~ccessibility requirements for handicapped persons. The Board filed the ilnformatlon for future reference. Payment to Jail I Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Auditor be authorized to Architect Ipay the Jail Architect $4,872.44, the remaining $1,000.00 of the bill to be withheld ;for final completion of the project. Motion carried. CAA granted per- mission to use bldg. at 57-11th Avenue North for ,next fiscal year Monthly Reports for April A letter was received from the Southeastern North Dakota Community Action Agency !requesting that they be allowed to continue to use the County's property at i57-11th Avenue North. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the County Igrant permission for the Community Action Agency to continue to use the building at 57-11th Avenue North for the Head Start Program for the fiscal year July 1, 1978, !to July 1, 1979.
