I , i Committee Reports were given. , i Proposal of $50 increase for Co. employees The Board discussed a proposed salary increase for County employees for the 'fiscal year 1978-1979, and the general opinion was for a $50.00 per month increase ifor each employee rather than a percentage increase. No officia~ action was taken. I On motion by Mrs. Stanton and seconded by Mr. Hendrickson, the meeting was adjourned. REGULAR MEETING OF CASS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY 3, 1978 Chairman Wold called the meeting to order and upon roll call, all members we,re present. Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the minutes of the previous meeting I be approved as written. Motion carried., NW Bell Telephonel Upon the recommendation of the County Road Superintendent, Mr. Satrom moved and Co. auth. to burYIMr. Hendrickson second~d that Northwestern Bell Telephone Company be authorized cable Ito bury cable under County Road 17. Motion carried. Agree. with St.' Mr. Satrom moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign Hwy. Dept. for [the agreements with the North Dakota Highway Department for railroad-highway automatic railroad-highway I signals on crossings at Harwood, Argusville, Prosper, Amenia, Erie, Ayr, Pinkham and automatic signalslMaPleton; the Road Superintendent to include an inquiry about crossings at Davenport which he feels are the most important. Motion carried.
