Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Hendrickson <br />[seconded that a letter be written to the North Dakota Congressmen sending them a copy <br />jof this letter from TAP. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Upon the recommendation of the County Director of Tax Equalization, Mr. Hendrickson <br />imoved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that the Application for Abatement and Settlement of Taxes <br />!submitted by Louis and Ann Pinheiro be approved. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Upon the recommendation of the County Director of Tax Equalization, Mrs. Stanton <br />,moved and Mr. Hendrickson seconded that the Application for Aba-tement and Settlement of <br />!Taxes submitted by Harriet Hansen Shaw be approved in accordance with the recommendation <br />of the City of Fargo. Lee be approved. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Three Applications for Abatement and Settlement of Taxes were submitted by <br />IWilliam B. Flint for property in the City of West Fargo for the years 1974, 1975 and 1976. <br />!Upon the recommendation of the County Director of Tax Equalization, Mr. Hendrickson moved <br />'and Mr. Satrom seconded that the abatement for William B. Flint for the year 1976 be <br />!approved.
