Continental oil Company I I Regarding a solid waste agreement, the County Auditor received from the States Attorney I a prQposed agreement for establishing the Solid Waste Management Agency. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the letter i be received and filed. Motion carried. I Mr. Hendrickson moved and Mr. Satrom seconded that the above bids be received and referred to the County Road Department, with the exception of the bid from Asphalt Products Company which did not contain a bid bond. Motion carried. Mrs. Wqld presented a letter from the Heil Company discussing three options for operating the shredding facility. She stated that she will write letters to several different companies who have installed shredding systems through the Heil Company asking what options they have taken and if they are satisfied with their operation.
