A IT ACHMENT 1: SCOPE OF SERVICES FOR AERIAL MOSQUITO CONTROL SPRA YING CITIES OF FARGO, WEST FARGO, AND RURAL SUBDIVISIONS OF CASS COUNTY This scope of services supplements the information included in the body of contract document. This document further outlines to services to be provided. This attachment is considered part of each of the individual City/County contracts. It is the intention of the City 0 r Fargo, the City of West Fargo, the City of Moorhead and Cass County to coordinate their mosquito control efforts. The Cass County V ectar Control District will coordinate the aerial spraying. The political subdivisions will each sign a separate contract for services and will be responsible for paying for the acreages sprayed within their jurisdictions. The individual jurisdictions will be billed for the actual areas sprayed. The cost per acre for the 2004 season is $2.05 if the jurisdictions choose to pay an up front retainer cost of $12,500. In the event that the jurisdictions do not request spraying the contractor will be entitled to keep the retainer fee. If the jurisdictions to choose to spray during the 2004 season, the retainer will be applied to the total cost. If the jurisdictions choose not to pay a retainer fee, the cost per acre for the 2004 season will be $2.45.
