How will you determine your project's success in achieving the health improvement goal? <br />Class evaluations are the primary tool for surveying parent needs and the meeting of these needs by the Parenting Resources Center. <br />Library evaluations will be utilized on an ongoing basis. Partnerships, collaborations and networking will continue to bring new information <br />and feedback on an ongoing basis. Changes in the short term will be evaluated on an ongoing basis. A random survey of past class <br />participants (past 2-3 years) will be sent out to seek input asking what information they continue to use. The class evaluation will be utilized <br />for this purpose also. <br /> <br />2. Identify the data collection tools you will use to measure/verify whether health improvement has occurred: <br />Primary evaluation tools for this program will be the Program evaluation tool, sign - in sheets to track class numbers and newsletter <br />interest, lending library evaluations and outcome evaluations and surveys for several programs are available for use dependent on <br />class offerings (dependent on requests). <br /> <br />2.
