Box 2806 <br />Fargo, ND 58108-2806 <br /> <br />Dear Commissioners: <br /> <br />RE: 2004 budget adjustment for accounting software <br /> <br />At your March 15, 2004, meeting, a budget adjustment was approved <br />for Southeast Cass Water Resource District to purchase software for <br />a new accounting system. <br /> <br />We have learned that there will be additional costs in the amount of <br />$1,950. The additional costs are due to extra hours required for the <br />conversion from our previous accounting system and the purchase of <br />budget preparation software. <br /> <br />Therefore, the Southeast Cass Water Resource District respectfully <br />requests your approval to amend our budget, using our general fund <br />reserve funds to cover the increased cost in the amount of $1,950. <br /> <br />If you have any questions or would like additional information, please <br />feel free to contact us.
