The program allows citizens to bring in <br />chemicals and have them safely disposed of. <br /> <br />If the Commission agrees, we can accommodate the Department of <br />Agriculture's request with minimal County staff effort. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: AUTHORIZE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN <br />MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF <br />AGRICULTURE TO USE THE HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT YARD FOR <br />ONE DAY FOR A CHEMICAL COLLECTION SITE. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2004 Correspondence\Consent Agenda Item Project Safe Send 042304.doc <br />
