<br />2. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Commission Minutes--April 7, 2004 <br /> <br />2715 <br /> <br />DEPARTMENT HEADS--PLEASE POST IN A CONSPICUOUS PLACE FOR STAFF TO READ <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OF CASS COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />APRIL 7, 2004 <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />MEETING TO ORDER <br />Chair Robyn Sorum called the special meeting to order at 3:30 PM with all members present <br />as follows: John Meyer, Darrell Vanyo, Scott Wagner, Vern Bennett and Robyn Sorum. <br /> <br />MEETING CLOSED AT 3:33 PM FOR ATTORNEY/CLIENT CONSULTATION <br />Mrs. Sorum said the meeting was called today to discuss two issues with the county's <br />legal counsel. <br />MOT/ON, passed <br />Mr. Meyer moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to close the meeting at <br />3:33 PM to discuss pending and anticipated civil litigation or <br />adversarial administrative proceedings based on North Dakota Century <br />Code 44-04-19.1, the exception allowed for attorney consultation with <br />the following topics to be discussed: Strand, et al v. Cass County; and <br />Weed and Vector Control issues.
