Park Board Minutes-June 1, 2009 2 <br />friendly. Ms. Werre questioned liability should a pedestrian be hit in <br />the park. Mr. Wagner stated this is an issue that should be discussed <br />with the States Attorney to determine if some sort of documentation <br />could or should be signed to release the county from liability. Mr. <br />Wagner stated the camp hosts should wait until a campers 14 days are <br />nearly up before determining if they will be allowed addition camping <br />time. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />4. OTHER BUSINESS <br />Mr. Peterson said the dock is being worked on. There is concern for the condition of <br />the township road which runs past Brewer Lake. Mr. Wagner suggested that Mr. <br />Berndt be consulted on this matter. <br />Mr. Bennett asked if the well water issue has been resolved. Mr. Andel stated the <br />repairs have been completed. <br />5. ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION, passed <br />On motion by Mr. Wagner and seconded by Mr. Vanyo, the meeting <br />was adjourned at about 1:30 PM. <br />Minutes prepared by Cindy Stoick, Principal Secretary <br />
