Use ofall-terrain vehicles (ATV's) and dirt bikes are prohibited within the park <br />The above regulations will be enforced by the Cass County Sheriff's Department, pursuant <br />to Sections 11-28-05 and 11-28-09 of N.D.C.C. Any violation of these regulations is an <br />infraction punishable up to a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500) in accordance <br />with N.D.C.C. § 12.1-32-01(7).
