8. First reading-campsite amended ordinance

NOTICE OF PROPOSED CASS COUNTY ORDINANCE The Cass County Board of Commissioners is considering the adoption of an amended county park campsite ordinance. The revisions to the current ordinance change the fee schedule and park regulations. First reading of the ordinance was held June 15, 2009. Second reading and adoption is scheduled for July 20, 2009, at a meeting of the Cass County Board of Commissioners beginning at 3:30 PM in the Commission Room, Cass County Courthouse in Fargo, North Dakota.
