Dakota Ag PO Box 265 Kindred, ND 58051 CASE COUNTY COM~SSION RE: Request to be added to Commission Agenda to approve new Anhydrous Ammonia Facility Site Dakota Ag of Kindred, ND is in the preliminary process of constructing a new Anhydrous Ammonia Retail and Storage Site. The reasons for constructing this new facility include improved, security, and safety. In order to obtain the necessary License for such a facility from the North Dakota Department of Ag, the approval of the respective County Commission must be obtained. We have included maps of the sites, one showing the current location of the facility, in the city of Kindred and two, showing the proposed new site South and West of the city of Kindred along with the license application which requires the signature of the Commission Chair. We ask the commission to take the appropriate action to approve the site and to sign the application. We will have a representative at your meeting to answer any questions and provide whatever additional information you may need. Please contact me with the Commissions meeting date, time, and place.
