The following is a listing of the responsibilities, as we understand the project, and a fee proposal. Houston Engineering responsibilities are as follows: I. Preliminary Engineering & Project Administration A. Review scope of work with County. B. Attend plan review meetings. C. Prepare traffic control plan & list traffic control devices, if required. D. Provide input for specifications and bid documents for project. E. Coordinate engineering services with geotechnical firm if needed. II. Field Survey, Data Download ~ Prepare digital topographic map A. Establish control and bench mark as required. B. Perform topographic survey at structure site and plan view CAD drawing. C.
