AMENDED ITEMS- APRIL 20, 2009 <br />CONSENT AGENDA: <br />f. Contract approval <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign the following agreement <br />submitted by respective department head, subject to state's attorney <br />approval, and authorize the chairmen to sign. <br />- 2009 gravel supply bids-accept all bids for 2009 gravel, to be <br />used in the best interest of the county, and authorize the chair to <br />sign contract documents upon receipt; <br />- North Dakota Department of Transportation-amendments to <br />construction and maintenance agreements for bituminous overlay <br />project eight miles west of State Highway 18 and culvert project <br />on the Maple River six miles east and six miles south of Alice. <br />g. Permit for calendar raffle <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to approve a permit for a calendar raffle for the Red River Valley Fair <br />Association to beheld May 1, 2009, through September 30, 2009, at the Red <br />River Valley Speedway in West Fargo, North Dakota. <br />h.
