Darrell Lingle, partner in Eide Bailly, LLP, was then introduced to discuss the 2007 NDIRF <br />financial audit. Mr. Lingle provided highlights of the audit conducted and stated that, in <br />accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, the NDIRF was given an unqualified <br />(clean) opinion and that the NDIRF is in very good financial condition. <br />The meeting was recessed at 11:55 a.m. so the "Others" and "Schools" members could caucus for <br />election of board members. When the meeting reconvened at 11:58 a.m., it was announced that <br />Rod Landblom was re-elected to the "Others" category and Burdell Johnson was re-elected to the <br />"Schools" category. <br />Door prizes were won by Luella Rath and Gaye Neumiller. <br />There being no further business to come before the 2008 NDIRF Annual Meeting of Members, the <br />meeting was adjourned at noon. <br />Respectfully submitted, <br />Nancy M.
