<br />Geotechnical Exploration Services <br />Proposed Addition to Cass County Jail <br />Fargo, North Dakota <br /> <br />Fees <br /> <br />Based on our current drill schedule, we anticipate we will be able available for clearing of site utilities and <br />start of site drilling within one to two weeks of receiving notification to proceed with the report to follow <br />within one week of completion of field activities given the site is accessible by our truck mounted drill. We <br />will discuss project scheduling with you and provide a more definite schedule after we receive acceptance of <br />our proposal. Clearing of public utilities requires a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to the start of field <br />activities. NTI will perform the above defined, scope of services for the "Client" based on acceptance of this <br />proposal and payment of services based on a lump sum fee of $2,600. <br /> <br />Our invoice for services will be presented with submittal of our geotechnical exploration report. The <br />attached GENERAL CONDITIONS are an integral part of this proposal.
