The following documents are enclosed for your consideration: · Attachment A. is the standard staff requisition and vacancy notice used for all county employees; . Attachment B. is the job description (position analysis questionnaire) which I also emailed to you; . Attachment C. is the department head testing materials, similar to those used in the hiring of the new Social Services Director; . Attachment D. is NDCC 37-14-18 regarding the appointment of the Veteran's Service Officer. SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to (approve/approve as amended) the staff requisition, vacancy notice, job description and testing materials for the Veteran's Service Officer position. SUGGESTED MOTION: Move to appoint all five commissioners or a subcommittee of three commissioners to the interview team for the Veteran's Service Officer and establish ,2009, as the interview date.
