We need the rhzht of <br />way certification and utility certification letters returned no later than March 18. 2009 to be <br />able to program the project for federal funds from Federal Highway Administration. You may <br />fax a copy of the right of way and utility to us at 701-328-0310, attention Rita, and mail the <br />original along with your Construction and Maintenance Agreement.
