This may be in part due to the fact that the form was updated this year and is now provided on line in an electronic format. The financial information on our budget was provided by our office and that of the county budget by the auditor's office. All other information is correct and we are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to the best of my knowledge. Our office has not received any shared assets for a number of years but we could at any time and to be able to accept those funds or assets, this form must be completed and returned to the US Department of Justice by February 28th.
