The North <br />Dakota Department of Transportation is compiling a list of possible projects. A note went out to Cities and Counties on <br />Friday afternoon that if we had projects we wanted considered they would need to be submitted on Tuesday morning <br />(January 20th). <br /> <br />The Transportation Enhancement (TE) funding would be 100% Federal. TE funds can not be used to build or maintain <br />roads and bridges, but can be used for features that enhance the transportation system such as multi-use paths. I plan to <br />submit a list on the County's behalf on Tuesday morning to meet the deadline. <br /> <br />I request that this matter be added to the Commission agenda on Tuesday afternoon for the Commission's action on the <br />list. If the list is not approved or changed by the Commission, I'll make the appropriate request/update to the Department <br />of Transportation. <br /> <br />As of this writing, I don't have a list compiled.
