<br />PROGRAM GOAL, OBJECTIVE(S) & ACTIVITIES <br /> <br />Goal (over-arching statement about what the program hopes to achieve): <br /> <br />Provide Juvenile offenders a structured alternative to formal Juvenile Court proceedings that focus on youth <br />accountability and competency development that provide consequences to juvenile offenders that help restore the <br />damage they have done. <br /> <br />Objectives (intermediate affects to be achieved by the program that can be measured - <br />i.e. increase the number of participants that complete program requirements by 20%) <br /> <br />1. Reduce the recidivism rate of those that complete the program in the first year to under 20%. <br /> <br />2. To achieve an 80% completion rate for those referred by Juvenile Court. <br /> <br />3. Provide a minimum of 1 outreach program per month concerning restorative justice programming. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />5. <br />
