'rhc path is planned <br />to be ] 0 fect wide and approximately 2000 feet long, running from ('ity Hall <br />to Carl Olsen Street. <br /> <br />The DOl' accepts applications fbr SRTS Funds once a year, with this year's <br />deadline being November 20, 2008.
