It appears under NDCC 5-02-03, which is attached, the fee for annual <br />on and off sale liquor licenses may not exceed $1,000 and on and off sale beer <br />licenses may not exceed $500. Currently, the county charges $1,000 for on and off <br />sale liquor licenses; however, the fee for on and off sale beer license is $100 per <br />year. Attached are commission minutes from December 3, 1975, in which the board <br />at that time approved the current fee structure for licenses. <br /> <br />The commission must pass a resolution or ordinance in order to set or change these <br />fees.
