"Series 2008 Bonds" means the $2,400,000 principal amount ofCass County, North Dakota School Facilities Revenue Bonds (Oak Grove Lutheran School Project), Series 2008. "State" means the State of North Dakota. "Treasury Regulations" means all relevant regulations and proposed regulations under the Code and any successor provisions to such regulations or proposed regulations. SECTION 1.02. EXHIBITS. The following Exhibits are attached to and by reference made a part of this Loan Agreement: (a) Exhibit A: a legal description ofthe Land. (b) Exhibit B: form of Certificate of Requisition. (c) Exhibit C: Payment Schedule. SECTION 1.03. RULES OF INTERPRETATION. (a) This Loan Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with and governed by the laws of the State. (b) The words "herein," "hereof' and "hereunder" and words of similar import, without reference to any particular section or subdivision, refer to this Loan Agreement as a whole rather than to any particular section or subsection hereof. (c) "This Loan Agreement" means this instrument as originally executed and as it may from time to time be supplemented or amended pursuant to the applicable provisions hereof. (d) All references in this instrument to be designated "Articles," "Sections" and other subdivisions are to the designated Articles, Sections and other subdivisions of this instrument as originally executed. (e) The terms defined in this Article have the meanings assigned to them in this Article and include the plural as well as the singular. The terms defined elsewhere in this Loan Agreement shall have the meanings therein prescribed for them. (j) All accounting terms not otherwise defined herein have the meanings assigned to them in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. (g) Any terms not defined herein but defined in the Resolution shall have the meanings herein that they have in the Resolution. 1-5
