<br />CONTRACT APPROVAL <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br /> <br />Move to approve the following contracts* submitted by respective department head, <br />subject to state's attorney approval, and authorize the chairman to sign. <br /> <br />Received as of October 28.2008: <br /> <br />Cities of Casselton, Mapleton, Horace and Kindred-renewal of police service <br />agreements for 2009; <br />Cass County Electric-tower lease agreement for tower structure located in <br />Kindred, North Dakota, as part of the Public Safety Interoperability Communication <br />System; <br />Steven Mottinger, Douglas Nesheim, Ottmar & Ottmar-public <br />defender contracts for 2009; <br />CBM Food Services-jail food service contract for 2009 (cost <br />increase of approximately .04 to .05 cents per meal; increase <br />included in 2009 budget). <br /> <br />K:\HEATHER\CONTRACT11-3-08 MOTION.doc <br />
