<br />WHEREAS, Grantor owns certain real property in the Northwest Quarter (NW'i4) of

<br />Section Two (2), Township One Hundred and Thirty-nine (139) North, Range Forty-nine (49) West,

<br />Cass County, North Dakota, as more particularly described below, under that document recorded in
<br />
<br />
<br />the office of the County Recorder in and for Cass County, North Dakota, on August 3, 1910, at
<br />
<br />11 :00 a.m., in Book 86 of Deeds, page 124, as Document Number 62534.

<br />WHEREAS, Grantor wishes to convey to Grantee all of Grantor's rights and interests in the

<br />property described below created under that document recorded in the office ofthe County Recorder

<br />in and for Cass County, North Dakota, on August 3,1910, at 11:00 a.m., in Book 86 of Deeds,

<br />page 124, as Document Number 62534.
