<br />West, Cass County, North Dakota, as more particularly described below, under that document

<br />recorded in the office ofthe County Recorder in and for Cass County, North Dakota, on August 3,

<br />1910, at 11 :00 a.m., in Book 86 of Deeds, page 122, as Document Number 62532.

<br />WHEREAS, Grantor wishes to convey to Grantee all of Grantor's rights and interests in the
