The Red River Valley Fair Association has completed an <br />application for funds through the conservancy district's recreation grant program for <br />upgrades to electrical sites at the Red River Valley Fair campgrounds. <br /> <br />The Cass County Park Board already approved $5,000 in matching grant funds in <br />2008 to assist with this project and would not be required to provide any additional <br />funding with through this grant program. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the county to sponsor a recreation grant through the Garrison <br />Diversion Conservancy District for improvements to electrical sites at the Red <br />River Valley Fair Association campgrounds at no obligation to the count yother <br />than the $5,000 matching grant funds previously allocated by the Cass County <br />Park Board for 2008. <br /> <br />K:\HEATHER\GARRISON DIVERSION GRANT MEMO.doc <br />
