If you are not aware of the specific <br />requirements for your award, please contact your NDDOT Program Manager. <br /> <br />Project No. RPS-9999(234) Cass County <br /> <br />Description: BNSF to Install a New Automatic Signal System in Harwood at DOT 081 386W <br /> <br />The state of North Dakota, acting by and through its Director of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as <br />NDDOT, whose address is 608 East Boulevard Avenue, Bismarck, North Dakota 58505-0700, and <br />Cass County, North Dakota, hereinafter referred to as the County, hereby agree that: <br /> <br />1. The BNSF Railway Company will install a new automatic electronic grade crossing signal system at <br />crossing DOT 081 386W on Ted Avenue in the Town of Harwood. This project is part of the 2008 Signal <br />Program. <br /> <br />2. The estimated project cost is $148,163.00. This amount will be funded ninety percent (90%) with federal <br />aid and ten percent (10%) with Cass County funds. <br /> <br />3. NDDOT will take all steps necessary toward securing cooperation with the United States Government <br />through the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) in order to obtain federal funds for the project <br />construction, to the extent provided in Title 23 of the United States Code (90% federal funds), as amended <br />and supplemented. <br /> <br />4.
