You also have the <br />option of registering on-line at vvwvv, naco.org. <br /> <br />What does my Registration Fee include? <br />Full registration includes all general sessions, educa- <br />tional workshops, exhibit hall admittance, two (2) <br />exhibit hall lunches, the Conference-Wide Event and <br />the Inaugural Gala Reception. <br /> <br />What happens if I have to cancel my registration? <br />You will receive a refund of your Conference registra- <br />tion fee, less an administrative fee of $50 (or half of <br />spouse/youth fee) will be made if written notice of <br />conference registration cancellation is postmarked no <br />later than June 7, 2004. <br /> Cancellation requests of any registration post- <br />marked June 7, 2004 but before July 15, 2004 will <br />be subject to an administrative fee equal to one-half <br />of the registration fee. <br /> After July 15, 2004, NO REFUND REQUESTS <br />WILL BE HONORED. All cancellations must be made <br />in writing. No cancellations will be accepted via <br />telephone. <br /> <br />Is it necessary to wear my BADGE that I receive <br />at registration? <br />YES! You must wear your badge to enter all General <br />Sessions, Educational Workshops, the Conference- <br />Wide Event, the Exhibit Hall, and the Inaugural Gala <br />Reception. Please note that NACo badges will be <br />color-coded according to registration type. <br /> If you lose your badge, a replacement fee of <br />$150.00 will be chargedl Don't leave your hotel <br />room without it! <br /> <br />What is the attire? <br />The attire is casual (no jeans or tee-shirts, please). <br /> <br /> <br />
