One of the requirements is to have a Storm Water Prevention <br />Plan. The Commission contracted previously with the Energy and <br />Environmental Research Center to prepare our Storm Water Prevention <br />Plan. We submitted our plan in March 2003 in accordance with the <br />requirements. <br /> <br />We are also required to submit an annual report on our progress and hold an <br />annual public input meeting. I'd like to present the annual report and invite <br />public comment during the March 15, 2004 Commission meeting. I would <br />be surprised if there were any citizens present to comment but it is required <br />that we hold a public meeting. <br /> <br />At the time of this writing, the report is not complete, but I expect to have it <br />prior to the March 15 meeting.
