NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br />CASS COUNTY ORDINANCE <br /> <br />The Cass County Board of Commissioners is considering an ordinance to facilitate the <br />construction and financing of a building to house the functions of the Vector Control and <br />Weed Control activities for the County of Cass, North Dakota. First reading of the <br />ordinance was held February 17, 2004. Second reading and adoption is scheduled for <br />March 15, 2004 at a meeting of the Cass County Commission beginning at 3:30 PM in the <br />Commission Room, Cass County Courthouse in Fargo, North Dakota. <br /> <br />PUBLISH IN LEGAL ADVERTISING: February 23, 2004 <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to adopt Ordinance #2004-1 to facilitate the construction and financing of a building <br />to house the functions of the vector control and weed control activities for the County of <br />Cass, North Dakota; and to have the State's Attorney publish this ordinance with all other <br />county ordinances into a handbook for Cass County law enforcement officials. <br /> <br /> <br />
