The local NRCS office should be contacted for possible
Swampbuster implications and the US Corps of Engineers for any 404 implications. Copies of
this application are being provided to the NRCS and the Corps at their request. A copy of the
application has also been sent to the state Health Department for their information and possible
action by the department for water quality issues.

Enclosed are the original application, evaluation sheet and two copies of the application.
