<br />without indemnification as stated above, for the prisoners ofTRAILL, the costs being paid by TRAILL to CASS for <br />such housing and detention would be substantially more. <br /> <br />8. Inspection of JAIL: TRAILL reserves the right to enter the JAIL at reasonable hours for the purpose of <br />inspecting the same and determining the conditions under which the prisoners are housed. Nothing herein shall be <br />construed to absolve TRAILL from its statutory and common law obligations toward the prisoners ofTRAILL who <br />may be housed in the JAIL. <br /> <br />9. Compliance with Laws: CASS shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies, <br />including but not limited to those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility, and civil rights. CASS shall ensure <br />that it will at all times during the term of this agreement and any extensions thereof be in full compliance with the <br />Americans with Disabilities Act (Public Law 101-336). <br /> <br />10. Return of Offenders to TRAILL: In the event that an inmate housed in the JAIL causes a major <br />disturbance, becomes unmanageable, or becomes uneconomical for CASS, CASS may request that the offender be <br />removed by TRAILL. <br /> <br />11.
