<br />4o.:.i <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />January 29, 2008 <br /> <br />Deena Hopson <br />4102 15th Street S. <br />Fargo, ND 58104 <br /> <br />Dear Deena: <br /> <br />Property address 551 Wall Avenue, Horace, ND is presently over assessed in value. <br />Included with this letter are marketing dates, listed prices, real estate companies used and <br />comparable sales in the ~mmediate area. <br /> <br />I have been an area real estate sales person for the past 25 years. This is one of the <br />highest over assessments that has come to my attention in that entire period of time. Real <br />Estate has demanded a higher price in the years of 2005 and 2006 when it was a sellers <br />market. If subject property was offered for sale 644 days during those years and didn't <br />receive the asking price of$159,900.00, it is reasonable to assume that it isn't worth that <br />amount today.
