<br />RECEIVED <br />JUllO. <br /> <br />To whom it may concern, <br /> <br />CASSCOUNTY COMM~ <br /> <br />The Horace Community Bean Days are fast approaching and we need to <br />request to have the street blocked off at the intersection of Wall Ave and <br />County 17. This will provide our community the room needed for our <br />activities on main street. We request the same time frame as in past years, <br />7:00am on Aug. 23,2008 to 1 :OOam on Aug. 24. As usual we will have the <br />street clear of all road blocks and any trash as soon as the dance is over and <br />the street have been cleaned up. We will detour traffic from Wall Ave. to <br />Nelson Dr for the entire day. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Authorize the closing of County Road 17 for the Horace community <br />celebration to be held August 23, 2008, from 7:00 AM until 1 :00 AM on <br />August 24, 2008. <br />
