<br />ROCKING H, LLC REQUESTS THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS: <br /> <br />1. All Land valued at $1.40 per square foot or a VALUE of <br />$304,784.00 <br /> <br />2. All cold storage buildings (58,755 sq ft) valued at a consistent <br />value of $17.25 per square foot or a VALUE of $1,013, 524.00 <br /> <br />3. Climate control building (9,625 sq ft) valued at $24.00 per square <br />foot or a VALUE of $231,000.00. [This value may be in line with <br />comparables per City comments, but not with construction costs.] <br /> <br />4. Office building (3,252 sq ft) valued at $55.00 per square foot or a <br />VALUE of $178,860.00 <br /> <br />5. Slab of building 8 (11,375 sq ft) is currently valued fair at <br />$23,000.00 <br /> <br />6. No increase of 2+% for 2008, as commercial property values and <br />economy are not flourishing, in fact capitalization rates are rising, <br />thereby decreasing income producing properties' market values. <br /> <br />. The above revised values are justifiable, fair, and equitable based <br />upon comparable properties, recent property sales, current <br />interest rates, current capitalization rates, construction costs, true <br />market value of the property and the state of the self storage <br />industry. <br />
