Retail/Office Building (2006) - Value $719,000.00, Sq Ft - 14,805, $48.56/sq ft C. ROCKING H BUILDING #1 VALUE IS NOT $32.59/sq ft, BASED ON THE FOLLOWING: [Rocking H withdraws this appeal.] 1. Both properties are 'stick' built with pitched roof and controlled access doors, which are higher construction cost versus Rocking H's all steel buildings and no controlled access doors.
