<br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the bid III the amount of $ 1,443,970.05 from <br /> <br />Border States Paving Inc <br /> <br />received in the bid opening of May 16, 2008 for Projects <br /> <br />SC-0930(058) and SU-8-992(029)030 was the low bid received. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this bid is considered reasonable. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of CASS <br /> <br />County will award to Border States Paving Inc <br /> <br />the contract for Projects SC-0930(058) <br /> <br />and SU-8-992(029)030 and hereby authorizes the Chairman of the Board to sign said contract. <br />It is further understood that the County shall reimburse the North Dakota Department of <br />Transportation for any payments made under this contract, which are not collectible from the <br />Federal Highway Administration. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br />Chairman, Board of County <br />Commissioners <br /> <br />County: CASS <br /> <br />This is to certify that the above resolution was adopted and passed at a meeting of the Board of <br />County Commissioners at CaSS County on JI,{ne a} ~v~ <br /> <br />County Auditor <br />
