The plat is located in Durbin <br />Township, Section 30. The intended use of the subdivision is to create one <br />lot, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Durbin Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning and <br />floodplain requirements. Therefore, the Planning Commission <br />recommendation is being forwarded to the County Commission Board for <br />action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Going to the Country <br />Subdivision, Section 30, Township 139N, Range 51 Win Cass County, <br />North Dakota. <br /> <br />J :\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2008 Commission Correspondence\Consent Memo _ GoingtotheCountry060208 .doc <br />
