<br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED <br />CASS COUNTY ORDINANCE <br /> <br />The Cass County Board of Commissioners is considering adoption of an economic <br />growth plan sales tax ordinance. The ordinance would establish and regulate a half- <br />cent county sales tax under the Home Rule Charter of Cass County, North Dakota. <br />First reading of the ordinance was held May 19, 2008.
