(Biennial or Amendment) <br />a. Biennial: Biennial certification is only sent by the County Commission to the State Treasurer by July 1 of each even numbered year. <br />b. Amendment: Whenever there is a mileage change in a township between biennial certifications, a certified amendment by the County Commission must be <br />sent to the State Treasurer. The amended mileage should be computed by increasing or decreasing mile increments, the most recent township mileage <br />amount certified to the State Treasurer (Biennial or Amended) for that township. <br /> <br />ist <br /> <br />Do not <br /> <br />be put on the form <br /> <br />2. Reporting Requirements <br />a. Mileage must be listed to the nearest mile for both organized and unorganized townships. <br />b. Organized township and its mileage must be listed individually. The name as well as the township and range numbers must <br />un-organized townships individually, only the total of unorganized townships should be listed. <br />c. Countywide total line is the sum of both the organized and unorganized township total lines <br />d.
