<br />Commission Minutes-February 4, 2008 3320 <br /> <br />through a review process and then are automatically sent to the Attorney <br />General's Office for review and then are considered by the administrative <br />hearing committee of the legislature. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />9. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />223,902 through Voucher No. 224,261. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br />10. DEPARTMENT SPACE NEEDS; COURT FACILITIES IMPROVEMENT GRANT <br />COMMITTEE, Committee reports <br />Mrs. Johnson said Dennis Kimme, space and planning consultant from Kimme & <br />Associates, will be conducting interviews with department heads on March 1 ih through <br />March 14th to discuss space needs. <br /> <br />Mr. Wagner said the most recent round of applications was considered by the court facilities <br />improvement grant committee. He informed the committee of the county's decision to hold <br />off on a request this year until more is known about a new building addition and space <br />needs. He said a substantial amount of money remains in the fund and will be available <br />during the next round of applications. <br /> <br />11. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />letter from Houston Engineering requesting comments on any environmental concerns <br />with a corridor study to review alternatives for improving 25th Street South including <br />overpass and ramps at the Interstate 94 interchange in Fargo (copy referred to county <br />engineer); <br />- letter from the City of Fargo Engineering Department requesting comments on an~ <br />environmental concerns with a safety project to install medians in intersections of 13t <br />Avenue South at 40th Street, 43rd Street, 44th Street and 4ih Street (copy referred to <br />county engineer); <br />notice of intent from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to prepare an <br />environmental assessment for a proposed Sheyenne Expansion Project by the Williston <br />Basin Pipeline Company (copy referred to county engineer); <br />- letter from the North Dakota Recorders Information Network (NDRIN) regarding refunds <br />that will be sent to each participating county recorder based on the number of <br />documents recorded in 2006. <br /> <br />12. ADJOURNMENT <br />MOTION, passed <br />On motion by Mr. Wagner, seconded by Mr. Vanyo and all in favor, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 4:30 PM. <br />
