'I'hey did not feci it required formal <br />action by the West Fargo City Commission since the CouIlty-City <br />agreement entcred into previously indicated that the ('oLlnty vvould be <br />responsible {(Ir the design decisions regarding the intersection. <br /> <br />It was also agreed during my discussion with city staff that West Fargo <br />would provide the $250,000 to be used toward tbeintcrsection in <br />accordance with the previous agreement. The previous agreement also <br />included a provision that Cass County would provide $100,000 for <br />replacement of the 3211d Avenue Bridge at the Sheyennc River. T'he bridge <br />project has been deferred indefinitely so West Fargo will fund tbe net <br />($150,000) at this time. <br /> <br />SRF will complete the roundabout design in the upcoming \veeks. I'm <br />planning to have a cursory review of the design completed by another <br />roundabout design expert.
