Deputy Leroy Beaulieu, Cass County Sheriff's Department Synopsis: This is an informational report concerning minors consuming" alcohol at a party. Details: On 08/29/07, I, DEPUTY LEROY BEAULIEU, was dispatched to 25th Street and 80th Avenue South, Fargo, in regards to a vehicle that was in a bean field. Upon arrival, I observed a red, 1998 Audi with North Dakota license plate HSE214 on the north side of 80th Avenue South in a bean field. It appeared the vehicle had lost control while traveling east bound and entered the north bound ditch and came to rest. There was severe damage to the automobile. ! then contacted. _ thE"! caller in regards to this complaint. I spoke with JNEZ RATH -""rho li vesin this area. MS, RATH states that there were often nights wher:'F;; there are many cars outside a winery located on the southeast intersection of 25t~ Street and 88th Avenue South. She assumes there are large parties going on there due to the fact that it is a winery. She also states that on the night of the 28th of August there were approximately 100 cars at this location and she said the scene was very chaotic with traffic moving in and out. I informed MS. RATH that she was to feel free to contact the Cass County Sheriff's Department any time she observed any such suspicious behavior. I was then contacted by the owner of the vehicle that was in the ditch. His name is JOHN t1ARI of 1405 Libra Lane which is just to the east of this winery. MR. MARl stated to me that his daughter had hit the ditch while coming home from the winery where she was attending a birthday party and that he had stopped by last night around 10 0' clock to pick her up and take her home from where her vehicle was stuck. I explained to MR, MARl that I needed to contact his daughter and speak with her and would be doing so after speaking with him. I then arrived at 1405 Libra Lane and this is where I came into contact with the driver of the vehicle. Her name is JORDAN DIANE MA.Rl. I asked MS. MARl what had happened last night. She explained to me that she was at a birthday party at the winery just west of her residence. She told me the birthday party was for her friend who is identified as MAREN HAMILTON who is the daughter of BARRY and KRISTIN HAMILTON. I asked MS, MARl about her traffic accident. She stated she was traveling east bound from the winery where the birthday party was being held. She stated she was traveling a bit too fast for the loose gravel conditions and lost control and went into the north ditch of 88th Avenue. I explained to MS. MARl that she was going
