<br />Name: <br />Title: <br />Job Description: <br /> <br />Name: <br />Title: <br />Job Description: <br /> <br />VICTIM ASSISTANCE PROGRAM STAFF <br /> <br />Brenda Olson-Wray <br />Victim Witness Coordinator <br />- Oversee operations of the Victim Assistance Program. <br />- Train coordinators, interns, and volunteers. <br />- Prepare a projected annual budget. <br />- Research and write grant proposals. <br />- Prepare quarterly and annual reports for grants. <br />- Prepare stat forms, collect stats and compile stats for grants. <br />- Submit data to the North Dakota Attorney General's Office. <br />- Provide: information about the criminal justice system; emotional support; guidance and <br />counseling to victims of crime. <br />- Inform victims of specific procedures within the criminal justice system and their various rights <br />and responsibilities under the law according to the Fair Treatment Standards Act of the North <br />Dakota Century Code. <br />- Notify victims of all court appearances and cancellations. <br />- Prepare victim for trial and assist them through the duration of the trial.
