Olson, Executive Director <br /> <br />February 26, 2008 <br /> <br />RECEIVED <br />FEB 2 6 l008 <br /> <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Cass County Government <br />211 9th St S <br />Fargo, NO 58103 <br /> <br />CAS8 COUNTY COMMISSION <br /> <br />Re: Request for Extension to Lease for Regional Child Support space <br /> <br />Dear Commissioners: <br /> <br />I have asked to be on the agenda of the March 3, 2008 meeting of the Board of Commissioners <br />to request a 61 day extension to the lease for Regional Child Support space. <br /> <br />Our office had believed that we had secured alternate space at the Wells Fargo building on Main <br />Street and that we could vacate the current space, the south end of the third floor of the Cass <br />County Courthouse, by March 31, 2008. Unfortunately, that alternate space fell through. We <br />have since located a new alternative at the Times Square East building at 4900 13th Avenue <br />South, though we would not be able to move into it until the end of May 2008. <br /> <br />We would request that the terms of the lease for 2008, or approximately $6,752.40 per month, <br />be extended from a termination date of March 31, 2008 to May 31,2008. <br /> <br />Please let me know if you have any questions or comments.
