I've enclosed a
resolution and map with the proposed spring load restriction postings. The
criteria used for pavements was the pavement condition and area served.
Most small towns have one unrestricted road access.

Most gravel roads are posted at a 6 Ton restriction. The exceptions are a
section of County 9 serving the Woods Elevator, a section of County 11
west of Grandin, and a section of County 25 serving Hickson.

SUGGESTED MOTION: Adopt resolution implementing spring load
restrictions.

J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2008 Commission Correspondence\Consent Memo Spring Load Rest
030308.doc
